Interim Finance Director (f/m) - Commercial company

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join a dynamic and innovative organization within a leading industry on an interim basis. The role involves overseeing finance and administration functions, driving strategic financial initiatives, and providing high-level support to guide the business during this transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance and administration team, ensuring high standards in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control.
• Oversee and manage the audit process, ensuring smooth collaboration with external auditors and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives and align financial strategies with overall business goals.
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance to safeguard the company’s financial health.
• Provide guidance on financial decisions, investment planning, and operational improvements.
• Ensure efficient and effective financial processes, systems, and controls.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or similar role, with a track record of success in interim management roles.
• Expertise in finance and administration, with a strong strategic and operational mindset.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex financial challenges in a fast-paced environment.
