Private Banker (M/F)

On behalf of our client, an independent well-structured group specialized in asset management, we are currently recruiting a Private Banker who will be in charge of the development of the Private Banking activity in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Private Banking operations in Luxembourg in close collaboration with the top management
• Define a personal strategy on how to systematically and efficiently approach clients
• Build, develop and manage a portfolio of new clients (private – HNWI -, institutional, professional)
• Prospect and acquire new assets and new clients
• Refine and understand the client’s needs in this changing environment and offer relevant advice and solutions
• Ensure that the proposed products and services maximize the clients' needs, goals and objectives
• Build trust with clients and effectively manage relationships

Requirements

• Significant experience in a similar role (“hunter”)
• Previous business development experience to develop new client portfolio and relationships
• Achievement oriented, focused on exceeding business goals with sufficient attention to detail
• Proven sales success including: prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business including regulatory and technological environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any other language skills is an asset
