IT OFFICE & USER'S SUPPORT (FRENCH SPEAKING)

Our client is a young Fintech operating in Ecommerce.

To support their growth they are looking urgently for an Office and User's support IT specialist.

This is a permanent role in a dynamic and mostly french speaking team, in Luxembourg City Center.

We need you to be quickly able to:

•  Administration and support on Windows 10 and Mac
•  managing user access with different tools ( Jira, Office 365, Active Directory, Slack, Voip...)
•  network and hardware management
•  security administration, maintenance operations

To integrate the team you need to have a successful support experience on Windows and Mac, and preferably with Azure Active Directory and Office 365.

You will evolve in a dynamic and flexible structure, with no routine, directly in City Center!
