We are currently seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to join a leading investment management firm based in Luxembourg City. The firm specializes in managing UCITS and AIFMD funds and is widely recognized for its robust track record and excellence in the investment management industry. As part of its ongoing growth, the firm is expanding its regulatory compliance team.
The Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring adherence to local and European regulations, reporting directly to the Conducting Officer.

The Compliance Officer will play a key role in ensuring adherence to local and European regulations, reporting directly to the Conducting Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the firm's activities, including UCITS and AIFMD fund management, comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular compliance checks, perform internal audits, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions where necessary.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments (AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID II, EMIR, FATCA, etc.), analyze their impact, and proactively inform management and stakeholders.
- :Deliver training programs to internal teams on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, preparing and submitting required reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within an investment management firm or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of UCITS, AIFMD, and relevant European regulations (MiFID II, EMIR, FATCA, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into actionable policies and procedures.
