Our client, a prestigious financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Payment & Cash Services F/M to join their team. This role focuses on driving business growth by delivering tailored financial solutions to funds, corporate clients, and financial institutions with a strong focus on Payment and cash management (PCM). The successful candidate will work closely with clients in the fund industry, leveraging their deep understanding of financial products to provide strategic advice and achieve high client satisfaction.
Job Description:
As a Sales Payment & Cash Services F/M, you will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships and promoting payment and cash management solutions.
You will also be responsible for understanding client needs and offering a comprehensive suite of products, including payments, collections, credit cards, and working capital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen trusting relationships with clients, particularly in the fund industry, corporate sector, and financial institutions (FI), including insurance companies, asset managers, and banks.
- Business Development: Identify and capture business opportunities, particularly within cash management, trade finance (e.g., bank guarantees, letters of credit, import/export solutions), and working capital solutions (e.g., receivables financing).
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy focusing on product offerings related to payment platforms, treasury services, and corporate banking.
- Product Knowledge: Provide deep expertise in PCM (Payments & Cash Management) products and services, including SWIFT solutions, corporate banking platforms, and other financial tools.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor by offering insightful financial guidance and comprehensive product packages to meet specific client needs, ensuring long-term engagement.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in sales within the finance industry, specifically focused on payments, cash management, and corporate banking. Experience with fund industry clients is a strong plus.
- Education: Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients. Ability to deliver complex financial solutions and present them clearly.
- Knowledge: Extensive understanding of corporate banking products, especially payments, cash collections, credit cards, and working capital solutions. Knowledge of trade finance and bank guarantees is highly valued.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
