We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Commercial Director to lead sales, commercial, and marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the company's brand presence in the market. The commercial director must have experience in OTC or Established Brands.
Development of Commercial Strategies:
Design and implement commercial and marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales and marketing team.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Sales Responsibility:
Establish clear and achievable sales targets, monitoring team performance.
Ensure the achievement of sales and business growth objectives.
Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for managing important accounts.
Budget Management:
Oversee the department's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Evaluate the return on investment of commercial and marketing activities.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (regulatory) to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives.
Facilitate communication between the commercial team and senior management.
