Demand Planning & Supply Chain Manager

Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is seeking for a Demand Planning & Supply Chain Manager for one of its Pharmaceutical clients, based in Mexico City. 

Objective of this position is to play a key role in aligning operations between Logistics, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning, with a strong focus on coordination with Headquarters (Asia).
 

Professional Background:

Education:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (required).

• Pharma experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Languages:

• Fluent/Advanced English – essential for daily communication with the stakeholders.

Experience:

• Strong background in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management.

• Knowledge of reefers, controlled substances, and temperature-sensitive logistics.

• Experience navigating resilient supply chain environments.

• Bonus: Experience working with Asian companies or stakeholders.
