Purpose of the Position
The Regional Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, promoting talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor policies in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor talent management programs, identifying training needs and supporting succession planning.
- Lead performance management to promote professional development and goal alignment.
- Act as a key link for employees and leadership, promoting open, two-way, and effective communication.
- Lead initiatives to foster diversity, inclusion, and resolve labor conflicts professionally.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring innovative solutions.
- Develop and communicate effective policies and programs, working together with global and regional teams.
- Supervise recruitment, benefits, and legal compliance processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring efficient information management.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Solid knowledge of talent management, labor relations, and local labor legislation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse and global teams.
- Advanced English for interaction with international teams.
