At Fyte, we are looking for an Operations Manager (automotive) in Querétaro.

💸 In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing the production plant (metal structures for seating) in Querétaro. To be a fit for this position furthermore, you should also:

• Oversee and manage all operations, including production, quality, and maintenance teams (approx. 30 employees).
• Responsible for the P&L management of the operations in Mexico.
• Manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth production processes, including routine setups, machine operations, and workforce management.
• Lead the plant expansion project and help scale operations to meet company growth targets (doubling in size within 2-3 years).
• Collaborate with sales, ensuring alignment between production and sales goals.
• Organize and streamline operational routines.
• Support the integration of new machinery and technologies as part of the plant expansion.
