Senior Elevator Troubleshooter

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Elevator Troubleshooter to lead the analysis and resolution of complex failures across a wide range of elevator systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues in elevators.
• Conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram).
• Prepare and submit detailed technical reports.
• Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurring issues.
• Share technical learnings and solutions with the field team.
• Coordinate with service teams to apply improvements and verify their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety protocols and client safety standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as:
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Multimeters
  • Motion analyzers
  • Door torque meters
  • Rope tension meters
• Work with a variety of OEM systems and controllers, including:
  CEC, MCE, EV, TKE, DOVER, PIXEL, TAC 20/50, Swift Futura

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of proven field experience in elevator troubleshooting and technical service.
• Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems in elevators.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Physically capable of performing fieldwork.
• Previous experience in industrial projects.
