The AFC will oversee financial management, group reporting, budgeting, accounting, compliance, and internal controls. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Financial Controller (Group Finance) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and reports
- Preparing quarterly BURSA announcement/ reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
- Supervise the finance team and collaborate with other departments for efficient financial operations.
- Proven experience in group financial reporting, group consolidation & BURSA reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Must be independent.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal controls.
- Experience in tax compliance and financial forecasting.
