Delivery Manager/ PM (Multiple Headcounts)

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex projects and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes.
Fluency in Cantonese is required; proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, mobilize, and direct high-scale projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and technology partners to align project goals with organizational strategy.

• Ensure effective change implementation, business readiness, and benefits realization.

• Track project performance, oversee governance processes, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor junior project managers and business analysts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in project management, transformation, and business change.

• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in banking or financial services is preferred.

• Fluency in Cantonese is required; proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin is a plus.

• Experience in AI-driven solutions and analytics is an advantage.
