Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative eCommerce Quality Assurance Analyst to join a dynamic global team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing newly developed features, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing defect tracking and reviews. You will work closely with business stakeholders, QA peers, and development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with QA team members, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure proper testing is executed across all test phases.

• Coordinate and conduct cross-functional testing activities initiated by the eCommerce team or other business units.

• Uphold and promote QA best practices within the team.

• Define test scenarios, write comprehensive test cases, and determine test scope as needed.

• Participate in technical reviews and assess solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills:

• Experience testing web applications, ERP systems, or similar platforms (including maintenance and analysis experience).

• Proficiency in defining test scenarios and test cases, and executing both functional and validation testing.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and working within Agile teams.

• Exposure to eCommerce platforms and/or Java development projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of Hybris/SAP Commerce or similar systems is highly preferred.

• Strong ownership mindset with a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a multinational and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related field.

• Relevant professional experience in quality assurance and software testing.

• Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
