ERP Business System Analyst

Business Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)

We are looking for a D365 Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize our day-to-day finance operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role will focus on functional areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, Costing, Asset Management, Treasury, Credit & Collections, and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules across key finance functions (GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Costing, Asset Management, Treasury, Credit & Collections, Financial Reporting)
• Model business processes and data across end-to-end operations including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report
• Deliver high-quality solutions involving design, development, integration, data migration, and user documentation
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define architectural strategies and recommend robust solutions
• Engage in development and sandbox testing, ensuring successful promotion to production environments
• Validate and implement standard D365 functionalities while identifying customization needs
• Design and implement tailored features when standard functionalities are insufficient
• Create comprehensive user test cases and testing scenarios to ensure solution effectiveness
• Conduct security validation in line with segregation of duties and compliance requirements
• Implement integrations with third-party applications (on-premise and cloud-based)

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation, support, and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 3–4 years of experience using D365 Finance & Operations in support of accounting functions
• 5–7 years of hands-on accounting experience across core finance areas (GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Costing, Treasury, Asset Management, Credit & Collections, Financial Reporting)
• Strong experience in data migration and system integration
• Proficient in defining and customizing reports and dashboards in D365
