Position: Finance Manager
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial accounting and reporting for multiple entities across real estate/ property development sector, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly management accounts.
• Review and approve journal entries; ensure monthly reconciliations for AP, AR, and bank accounts.
• Prepare business reviews and variance analyses for management.
• Monitor budgets and profitability statements against actual performance.
• Ensure timely monthly and annual tax payments; coordinate with tax agents and internal departments.
• Lead planning and execution of annual audits; serve as the main point of contact for auditors.
• Compile and coordinate township/project/annual budgets; provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Review and approve payment requests; monitor the Accounts Payable cycle.
• Train and develop staff on reporting guidelines; improve financial processes.
• Support subordinates and undertake additional assignments as needed.
