Finance Systems & Project Manager
[Mid-to-Large Enterprise, ERP Transformation Focus]

We are seeking a skilled Finance Systems & Project Manager to lead and support end-to-end finance system initiatives, particularly focusing on SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Oracle Financials. This role is critical in ensuring the successful integration, optimization, and transformation of finance systems in a complex organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities
Technical & Systems Expertise
• Configure and manage SAP Business One, including system setup, user roles, and reporting
• Work with Oracle Financials (E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion), supporting finance modules and integrations
• Drive ERP implementations, data migrations, and system integrations
• Utilize SQL, APIs, and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Power BI

Finance Process & Operations
• Apply deep knowledge of core finance functions including:

• Billing and invoicing

• Accounts payable/receivable

• Revenue recognition

• Financial close processes (month-end and year-end)
  • Ensure systems support compliance and audit-readiness

Project Management
• Lead full-cycle finance systems projects – from planning and execution to testing, training, and post-implementation support
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Manage internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors

Experience
• 7–10 years’ experience in finance systems and transformation projects
• 3–5 years in project management roles focused on ERP or finance systems
• Hands-on experience with both SAP B1 and Oracle Financials is required
• Experience in mid-sized to large organizations with complex finance operations

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred), especially with a Finance or IS specialization

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
• PMP or PRINCE2
• SAP Business One Consultant Certification
• Oracle Financials Cloud or EBS Certification
• Agile or Scrum Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)

Soft Skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to bridge the gap between finance users and technical teams
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage deadlines
