About the Role
This position sits within a Digital Commerce team focused on enabling sales through digital channels. The team builds and supports product information systems (PIM) that allow customers to explore product offerings across multiple digital platforms. The role involves both development and operations responsibilities, working in an agile environment with global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and operate digital solutions within a self-organizing agile team

• Handle end-to-end development tasks including design, implementation, testing, and support

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (2nd and 3rd level support)

• Enhance and maintain internal development platforms aligned with security and coding standards

• Ensure smooth integration of services with backend systems and overall PIM architecture

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

• Use standardized tools and methods for implementation and reporting

• Contribute to IT architecture planning and broader digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

Education

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years in software development or IT-related roles

• Experience working in distributed or international teams is a plus

Technical Skills (Required)

• Strong experience in Java and Angular development

• Proficiency in SQL

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and development tools

• Hands-on exposure to application support and incident management

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• A digital mindset with a passion for innovation

Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS or Azure

• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools

• Background in Level 2/3 support and operations

• Experience with dashboarding, reporting tools, or monitoring systems
