Ensuring that the delivery of the services to the business is in line with agreed service levels
Contributing to the IT Operation strategy and applying required global and regional changes at local level
Be the privileged point of contact for IT Operations and act as the facilitator for business and other IT Teams Managing and ensure proactive end-user training and awareness to secure the best end-user experience

15+ years of previous experience in IT Operations and 10+ years of management or team leadership experience
Experience with IT Service management processes
Experience with Project Management / Insight into Project Methodology
P&L responsibilities
Experience managing significant external service providers and associated relationships
Demonstrated insight into Business and IT strategy
Broad industry knowledge of IT operations services trends and directions
Proven track record of coordinating teamwork in a multicultural environment and managing staff over remote site
