Manual Tester (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business testing in collaboration with local markets for updates to key WPB applications

• Ensure changes meet customer expectations and identify defects early in the process

• Prepare and plan testing activities across various projects, including scoping, estimating, and identifying data/environment needs

• Draft and review test documentation

• Coordinate and manage testing tasks, escalating issues as needed

• Support live release validation activities for new services

• Work closely with software delivery, change delivery, marketing, and operations teams

• Promote and follow standardized testing practices and processes

• Attend and lead project update meetings, providing regular progress updates

• Align testing activities with department governance and objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in the testing lifecycle

• Strong understanding of digital channels and user expectations

• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal awareness

• Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex issues

• Sound judgment in defect evaluation based on impact

• Self-driven and motivated with an innovative mindset

• Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for customer needs

• Proficiency in English is required; ability to read/write/speak Traditional and Simplified Chinese is a plus
