About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This position is central to driving brand visibility and engagement across all channels, from retail environments to digital platforms. You will be responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable campaigns, managing key marketing initiatives, and helping to foster customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels to build brand awareness, drive sales, and achieve defined marketing objectives for the group and individual brands.
  • Retail Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to and execute strategies designed to increase store footfall, enhance the in-store customer journey, and boost sales within retail locations, including support for visual merchandising, in-store promotions, and local events.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Implement engaging social media strategies, oversee content creation, manage community interactions, and coordinate influencer collaborations to build brand communities, enhance brand image, and drive traffic.
  • Customer Loyalty Programs: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of customer loyalty initiatives aimed at retaining customers, encouraging repeat purchases, and fostering brand advocacy.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials and activities for the group and its brands.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage allocated marketing budgets for specific campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient resource utilization and maximizing return on investment.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the lifestyle and apparel industry to identify opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, merchandising, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Team Contribution: Actively contribute to a collaborative marketing team environment, supporting team goals and fostering continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ years of 360 marketing experience in Retail, with significant involvement in multi-channel marketing encompassing retail, digital, customer programs (CRM) and social.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience managing marketing activities for retail businesses and/or multiple brands. Experience in the apparel, fashion, or broader lifestyle industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Digital Aptitude: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, key social media platforms, and e-commerce trends.
  • Campaign Expertise: Demonstrated ability to execute successful advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement Focus: Experience in supporting or managing customer loyalty programs is a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, generate insights, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Organizational Prowess: Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, BM and Mandarin.
