Key Scopes:
- Positioning & Messaging: Defines how offerings are presented and communicated.
- Market Understanding: Good understanding on competitive landscape, analysis of market trends and market research.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with brand and metrics (pricing, revenue, experience, retention). Manages team processes and projects. Contributes to overall marketing vision and oversees launch processes.
- Data-driven: Establishes data-driven prioritization for product roadmaps and brand direction.
- Consumer Advocacy: Champions user experience through research and initiatives.
- Ideal profile:
- Background in Marketing for a Consumer Brand with experience in driving product revenue, product uptake and new product development.
- Extensive experience in Product marketing, Brand marketing in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Brand, with prior team leadership experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
