Morgan Philips is partnered with a leading Consumer Brand looking to further expand the product marketing function within the firm. The Product Marketing Lead will be driving the key levers in product lifecycle, value proposition, and driving demand through product marketing campaigns.
Key Scopes:
  • Positioning & Messaging: Defines how offerings are presented and communicated.
  • Market Understanding: Good understanding on competitive landscape, analysis of market trends and market research.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with brand and metrics (pricing, revenue, experience, retention). Manages team processes and projects. Contributes to overall marketing vision and oversees launch processes.
  • Data-driven: Establishes data-driven prioritization for product roadmaps and brand direction.
  • Consumer Advocacy: Champions user experience through research and initiatives.
     
Requirements:
  • Ideal profile:
    • Background in Marketing for a Consumer Brand with experience in driving product revenue, product uptake and new product development.
  • Extensive experience in Product marketing, Brand marketing in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Brand, with prior team leadership experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
