Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the poultry industry, informing marketing strategies and product development. -
Product Positioning and Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for poultry products, defining value propositions, target markets, and positioning that resonate with customers. -
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels including digital marketing, social media, trade shows, and traditional advertising to maximize product visibility and sales. -
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools, training materials, and promotional content, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales objectives. -
Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including product development, pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. -
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to align marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth and partnership. -
Performance Measurement:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and product sales data, providing insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. -
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the food, agricultural, or poultry sectors, with a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives. -
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the poultry industry, market dynamics, and consumer behavior related to poultry products. -
Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making. -
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
