Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the design, engineering, and construction of Large Scale Solar (LSS) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) photovoltaic systems. This role encompasses the electrical, structural, and mechanical aspects of our projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of project proposals and work plans.
• Establish and manage work plans, staffing, and budgets for all project phases, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Conduct site visits to plan equipment placement, interconnection locations, and integration with existing electrical systems.
• Coordinate the preparation and regular updates of the project execution plan.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide engineering support for business development as required.
• Oversee compliance with construction contracts and collaborate with the construction team to ensure all scopes of work are adequately defined.
• Organize and facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, confirm tasks, and assign responsibilities.
• Contribute to and comply with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System, ensuring adherence to international standards and local regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in the Solar sector (LSS/C&I)
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to lead projects independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites, primarily located in northern regions for LSS and throughout Peninsular Malaysia for C&I.
