Our client, a well-established and highly respected premier banking division of a leading international financial institution, is seeking driven and experienced Client Advisors/Relationship Managers to join their expanding team across Malaysia, including the Northern Region, Southern Region, East Malaysia, and the Klang Valley.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and proactively grow a portfolio of premier banking clients, deeply understanding their financial aspirations and providing customized advice and solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships built on trust and a commitment to exceptional client service.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the affluent client segment through referrals, networking, and strategic engagement.
- Offer a comprehensive suite of the client's premier banking wealth management products and services, including investment solutions, insurance, deposits, and financing.
- Deliver a superior banking experience, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay current with market trends, economic developments, and the client's product offerings to provide informed and timely guidance.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions to clients.
- Contribute to the overall success and expansion of the premier banking division.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A strong and verifiable track record within the retail financial services sector, with a focus on serving individual clients.
- A demonstrable history of successfully managing and expanding relationships with affluent/high-net-worth clients and their portfolios.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
- Solid financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of wealth management products and services relevant to affluent clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- A high level of integrity and a commitment to ethical professional conduct.
- All necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by Malaysian regulatory authorities.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics).
