Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and developing effective robotic solutions, and managing the full lifecycle of automation projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable RPA solutions that drive operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

Gain a thorough understanding of existing business processes, analyze them, and design efficient robotic processes to maximize automation. Prepare solution design documents and secure approval from all relevant stakeholders.

Develop, test (including SIT & UAT), deploy, and implement automation solutions in accordance with the agreed design documentation, timelines, and standards.

Manage project progress to ensure timely delivery of outcomes to the customer.

Review robot design and code, ensuring the output aligns with expectations.

Offer ongoing support and handle change requests from users in line with agreed service levels.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and materials, refraining from disclosing or using such information during or after the engagement.

Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders through various channels (e.g., Statement of Deliverables, weekly reports, ad hoc updates).
Requirements:

Experience with UiPath is a strong advantage.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Holding a UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification is beneficial.
