This will be an opportunity to spearhead growth for a globally recognized, publicly listed luxury brand with multi-million dollar revenues and a significant presence in diverse markets. Your Impact:
As the Sales Director for the Luxury Retail division, you will be at the forefront of our market strategy, empowered to:
- Cultivate Key Partnerships: Forge and nurture strong relationships with our valued vendors, distributors, and other crucial stakeholders, building mutually beneficial collaborations within the luxury ecosystem.
- Sales Growth: Implement impactful sales initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth and expand our market share, optimizing our retail footprint.
- Growth Opportunities: Dive deep into market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify untapped growth potential and emerging opportunities within the luxury sector.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering their talent and driving them to exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with global counterparts, ensuring your regional strategies are perfectly aligned with overarching brand objectives and creating a unified global presence.
- Shape Our Financial Success: Take ownership of the sales and marketing budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation and maximizing profitability.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership experience within a dynamic sales environment, ideally within the Retail, Beauty or Luxury sector.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate global objectives into effective regional market strategies within the Retail, Beauty or Luxury sector.
- Business mindset, track record of growing businesses from 0-1 - this role would be involved in growing the market presence in MYSG region.
- Exceptional team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, adept at cultivating partnerships with vendors and distributors in the luxury market.
- A deep understanding of multi-channel sales, including experience managing relationships with retailers, distributors, and overseeing e-commerce growth for a luxury brand.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and a focus on driving cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- A passion for product launches and collaborating with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that align with luxury brand standards.
