Role Overview:
As an SAP EHS Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the S/4HANA transformation initiative. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize the EHS solutions, ensuring compliance with global standards while driving operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to influence change in a dynamic environment and contribute to their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and configuration of SAP EHS solutions within the S/4HANA framework, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, provide insights, and drive effective decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current EHS processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Testing & Validation: Oversee testing phases to validate EHS functionalities, ensuring all solutions are robust and meet user needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and SAP innovations, recommending enhancements to our EHS strategy as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP EHS Functional Consultant, with a strong background in EHS processes and regulations.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related modules; certifications are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
• Project management experience, ideally in large-scale ERP implementations.
