Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Expert to spearhead our global S/4HANA transformation initiative. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to redefine the financial processes, ensuring a seamless transition to S/4HANA while aligning with the company's strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change in a Fortune 500 environment and make a significant impact on the organization's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transformation Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules within the S/4HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Process Redesign: Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization, creating streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to gather requirements, define solutions, and communicate project updates effectively.
• Change Management: Drive change management initiatives by developing training programs and documentation to support user adoption and minimize resistance during the transition.
• Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing process for all configurations and enhancements, ensuring the system meets functional requirements and performs as expected.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish best practices and governance for ongoing SAP FICO support, identifying opportunities for further enhancements post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with SAP FICO, including at least 3 years in a S/4HANA environment.
• Proven expertise in financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP configuration.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Experience in a multinational corporation is preferred.
