Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a leading global Food & Beverage Retail. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions across the organization. You will oversee a talented team of technical professionals, driving project success while ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Manage end-to-end D365 projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the primary technical resource for D365 implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, customize, and optimize D365 applications to meet business requirements.
- People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical professionals, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns proactively.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency in D365 functionalities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the D365 ecosystem and broader organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in D365 and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on D365 or similar ERP systems.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, etc.) and their application in the F&B retail industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
