Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position our products effectively in the market.
- Trade Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute impactful trade marketing campaigns, including promotions, incentives, and merchandising activities.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure maximum market penetration and sales.
- Retail Execution: Monitor and improve retail execution, including shelf placement, pricing, and promotional displays.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate the trade marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements, and distribution channels.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
