For our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:

Duties:
- Leading the interpretation of data analysis results and presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders
- Creation and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards
- Ultimately managing 1 subordinate and guiding their work
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Identifying opportunities for improving business processes through data analysis
- Driving innovation in data analysis and visualization techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making (especially Sales and Finance)
- Building relationships with key business units to ensure alignment of BI activities with company needs
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Min. 3 years of experience at the similar position
- Excellent English skills
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, Power BI and other tools in BI area
- Experience in delivering solutions based on customer needs
