Business Process Owner
Location: Warsaw
Working model: Hybrid
Mission:
- Identify and evaluate business needs to customize processes and implement tools that support business strategy execution.
- Serve as the key contact between the group and local key users to adopt and improve tools and their usage.
- Engage in various transformation projects, enhancing operational excellence and supporting business processes across the region.
Key areas of responsibility:
Projects:

Project Management:
- Manage small and mid-size projects within the region as a project manager and/or change manager.
- Collaborate with involved Business Units (BUs) to ensure project activities are completed as planned.
- Apply and improve project management methodology, enforcing standards.
- Ensure project management documents are complete, updated, and properly stored.

Transformation Initiatives:
- Play a key role in implementing ongoing and new development initiatives.
- Support business processes and enhance operational excellence of BUs.
Tools:

Salesforce Adoption:
- Ensure and improve Salesforce adoption in BA EE.
- Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and oversee implementation.
- Animate the community of Salesforce Key Users across BA EE.
- Represent the region in the group Front Office Community, implementing best practices.

Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement with users of concerned tools.
- Conduct proper assessments, including ROI, and present findings to stakeholders and decision-makers (BA Management & Group DSI).

Application Ownership:
- Act as the business owner for group and local applications (BAAN, WebEE, Hansaworld, E-doc, E-reminders).
Requirements:

Language Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in another Eastern European language is an asset.

Project Management:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage interdisciplinary project teams and relevant stakeholders.

Change Management:
- Good change management skills with the ability to influence others and support adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to analyze processes, identify improvements, and propose solutions.

Technical Interest:
- Keen interest in technological solutions and the ability to learn quickly. Experience in IT solutions is not required.
