HR Analyst

HR Analyst
Working model: hybrid

For one of our Clients in the European market, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for creating reports for the management board and participating in business trips. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and multi-tasking individual.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Preparing regular reports and ad hoc analyses in the HR area (including salaries, employment, turnover, and additional benefits)

  • Providing analytical support in the wage negotiation process, changes to compensation and bonus systems

  • Participating in the budgeting process for salaries, benefit costs, and long-term forecasts of these costs

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of HR activities based on market benchmarks

  • Close collaboration with the Controlling and HR departments as well as the HR Analysis department in Germany

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in HR controlling is a plus
  • Experience in the area of compensation & benefits is a plus
  • Ability to work with numerical data (advanced knowledge of MS Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to draw conclusions from data and prepare recommendations based on them)
  • Experience with compensation platforms or payroll reports is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Ability to work with large datasets
