HR Analyst
Working model: hybrid
For one of our Clients in the European market, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for creating reports for the management board and participating in business trips. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and multi-tasking individual.
Scope of Responsibilities:

Preparing regular reports and ad hoc analyses in the HR area (including salaries, employment, turnover, and additional benefits)

Providing analytical support in the wage negotiation process, changes to compensation and bonus systems

Participating in the budgeting process for salaries, benefit costs, and long-term forecasts of these costs

Evaluating the effectiveness of HR activities based on market benchmarks

Close collaboration with the Controlling and HR departments as well as the HR Analysis department in Germany
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in HR controlling is a plus
- Experience in the area of compensation & benefits is a plus
- Ability to work with numerical data (advanced knowledge of MS Excel)
- Strong analytical skills (ability to draw conclusions from data and prepare recommendations based on them)
- Experience with compensation platforms or payroll reports is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency
- Ability to work with large datasets
