Our Client is an international producer in the bakery sector. With factories and research centres all over Europe, the firm can quickly respond to local market needs. The group employs more than 4000 people, produce and sell bakery products to consumers, supermarkets and the catering industry.
Currently, for the central R&D department within the international business unit Frozen the company is looking to hire:
International Construction Project Manager Warehouse
(hybrid work)
Key responsibilities:
• Leading international construction projects related to warehouses,
• Defining projects scope and deliverables,
• Confirming the input data together with the Business (Local & Central),
• Making conceptual preliminary designs, budget and timing elaboration & project team definition,
• Looking for and building partnerships with local designers and potentials contractors,
• Leading projects from the design phase to the execution and GoLive of the new warehouses,
• Coordinating the project team composed of local designers and construction partners (Building, Technics & Logistic Solution), together with the Engineering department,
• Assuring the completion of the project in terms of scope, budget and timing,
• Taking all necessary actions in case of deviations in order to achieve the targets of the project,
• Leading site & safety managers during the execution of the projects,
• Sharing knowledge and optimizing work standards across the Group.
Profile:
• Master’s degree in engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction project management in an industrial/production environment and internationally,
• Experience in leading projects for frozen warehouses will be a strong asset,
• Knowledge of/experience in food industry is a plus,
• Practical with a pragmatic approach,
• Strong communication skills, team player,
• Self-motivated, well organized, strong decision making skills,
• Stress resistance, perseverance, goal-oriented,
• Fluent English is a must,
• You are willing to travel frequently, also internationally (up to 50% of the time).
