Full project management responsibility for installation and start-up of new industrial production lines.
- Manage project from engineering phase, over installation and go-live up to hand over to end user,
- Manage the execution of the project together with the local team until commissioning and hand over with an important focus on safety aspects and product quality,
- Prepare and coordinate detailed installation and start up planning,
- Responsible for the follow-up of the project and the budget, and anticipate possible deviations (duration and costs) by taking appropriate action,
- Ensure that the standards and guidelines (safety, quality control, electrical, mechanical, automation, etc.) are adhered to during the projects, and take action if they are deviated from,
- Responsible for all safety aspects related to the execution and completion of the project,
- Responsible for hand-over to the department that takes over the ownership of the delivered project (training, documentation, drawings, specifications, spare parts, etc.).
- Planning and coordinating skills on a daily basis,
- Solution-oriented and analytical thinking, self-driven and energetic,
- An engineering degree and affinity with technology and production processes,
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience,
- Good communication skills and team player,
- Stress-resistant, persistent and result-oriented mindset,
- “Hands on” approach,
- Fluent English both verbal and in writing,
- No problem with frequent traveling - (up to 50% of time) according to the needs.
