Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic partnerships with the top OEMs in the region of South Poland.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Drive sales growth and improve margins through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
- Initiate and manage collaborative projects with clients, focusing on creating value for end users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of customer-specific solutions.
- Monitor and anticipate clients' current and future needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Propose innovative technical solutions that address client challenges and enhance their operations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends that can benefit clients and drive business growth.
- Set up budgets and conduct thorough client analyses.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for clients, and actively participate in industry events.
- Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and project outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in sales and/or marketing/economics. Additional technical education is a plus.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Experience in sales of technical goods, solutions, or components for OEMs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Strong track record in commercial negotiations and selling skills.
- Experience in budget management and client analysis.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing innovative solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in English; native proficiency in Polish.
- Excellent key account management capabilities.
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Sales Force or similar).
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Category B driving license.
