Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Content Specialist with Danish and English Language proficiency to join our Client’s team in Warsaw. As a Product Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product data, creating, translating and proofreading product descriptions, conducting basic reports and analysis, and collaborating with marketing department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Content Translation Team Lead.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage product data by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on the platform.
• Create, translate and proofread product descriptions to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Generate basic reports and conduct analysis to evaluate marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform self-quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of product information and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with marketing department to align product content strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.

 
Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken Danish (C1+), with the ability to translate product descriptions accurately.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Interest in learning new tools and solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, agile approach towards challenges and change.
• Proven experience in product content domain, preferably in a similar role would be a strong asset. Customer service experience is a plus as well.
