1. Draft and define the sales strategy in order to reach the sales target;
2. Lead and guide the sales team, supporting to define price strategy and Go-to-Market strategy;
3. Provide sales forecast and work closely with supply chain;
4. Work with solution and service manager to provide complete sales solution and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. 8+ years experience in PV/Storage business development, have clear vision about the main players in Eastern Europe market;
2. Able to define and execute the sales strategy to achieve the sales objective;
3. Building strong customer relationship and could work under pressure;
4. Have clear vision about both channel distribution and project business;
5. Chinese Native Speaker,fluent in English.
