RtR Accountant

For our Client, an international company, we are looking for: 
Record-to-Report Accountant 
Location: Łódź
 

• Responsibilities:

  • Process the execution and ensure compliance of all record-to-report processes, including Month End Closure, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Trial Statement Review, Balance Sheet Review, and Journal Vouchers.
  • Safeguard compliance with accounting standards, IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory directives.
  • Execute internal controls within the domain in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support audits by providing documentation and process descriptions.
  • Monitor the performance of the service provider engaged in transactional activities.
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end processes, acting as a liaison with other finance functions (PTP and OTC).
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller to enhance overall financial process effectiveness.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in record-to-report processes and financial compliance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, IFRS, and local regulations.
  • Ability to execute internal controls and support audits effectively.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing end-to-end financial processes.
