Your Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling: Offer competent advice and actively sell raw materials tailored for the food industry.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to define effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Strategic Development: Create and implement sustainable market growth strategies based on thorough research.
• Supplier Relations: Act as the primary contact for suppliers and lead procurement negotiations for various product groups.
• Event Participation: Organize and participate in trade fairs, webinars, and symposiums to promote our offerings.

Your Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry; established network in the Polish food market is essential.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; a dynamic and proactive personality.
• Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office applications.
