For our client, a leading international supplier of innovative lighting solutions and systems for professional interior and exterior applications, we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:
Sales Manager – B2B
Role Overview:
Dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with a technical background to take ownership of the sales budget, drive growth, and build long-term business relationships with End Users—primarily in industry, retail, or logistics sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling performance or premium technical solutions, ideally in lighting, automation, HVAC, or electrical installation products.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience in selling performance or premium technical solutions, ideally in lighting, automation, HVAC, or electrical installation products.
Duties:
- Take full ownership of sales targets
- Build and develop a strong End User client network, especially in industrial and retail sector
- Create and implement sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of market drivers, trends, and opportunities
- Deliver high-level customer service while working closely with internal sales and lighting design teams
- Be a collaborative team player, supporting cross-functional business efforts
- Fluent English
- Strong experience in B2B business development, with a proven track record of opening doors and delivering tailored solutions
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in lighting, electrical, HVAC, or automation industries – focused on premium/performance products
- Technically literate
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and break down goals into quarterly and monthly milestones
- Excellent interpersonal skills – proactive, sociable, and a natural relationship builder
