Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Operational Optimization:

Strategically allocate resources across product lines and regions to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Technical teams to optimize product quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Customer & Market Leadership:
-
Translate customer requirements (including technical specs) into actionable production and allocation plans.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure business sustainability.

Strategic Marketing & Sales Transformation:
-
Develop pricing, positioning, and segmentation strategies to strengthen market presence.
-
Drive the shift from product sales to solution-based sales, enhancing value delivery.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
-
Act as the key liaison between commercial, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
-
Experience:
-
10+ years in senior management within the Packaging Board or related packaging value chain industries.
-
Proven success in managing regional commercial P&L (USD 1bl+)—Asia Pacific experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth.

Strong leadership—able to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Analytical & hands-on—sharp with numbers and willing to dive into operational details.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; familiarity with Asian business cultures is advantageous.

Education:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferred from a top-tier university); MBA is a plus.

Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial).
