The Head of Commercial Strategy and Operations is responsible for leading and driving the commercial strategy, processes and sales journey through analysis and cross-collaboration with business units across the organisations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record of business development, sales and driving revenue growth of a sales department.

 

What you’ll be involved in:

Commercial Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at enhancing the performance of our sales teams.

Sales Enablement: Develop and consolidate sales resources and procedures, including our CRM system, to facilitate effective selling practices.

Process Optimization: Refine sales processes to enhance transparency within the sales funnel and boost conversion rates.

Team Leadership: Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to promote dialogue, tackle challenges, and ensure cohesive efforts.

Data-driven Strategy: Assess the performance of the sales team against established targets, evaluate trends, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

Commercial Goals: Achieve revenue, margin, subscriber growth, and other essential commercial objectives for our business units.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in a senior commercial leadership or business development role, preferably in a B2B solutions, services firm or fintech
  • Open to candidates
  • Growth, Operation or Strategy from Consulting, Startup or B2B firm.
  • Head of Sales / Business Development and Key Account from B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of GTM Strategy, Strategic Account Growth, Key Account Management and people management
  • Strong analysis skills, comfortable with formulating actionable strategy from data and insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
