Key Responsibilities
HR and Admin Responsibilities(60%):
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities (40%):
- Provide administrative support to General Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative assistance to leaders
- Excellent capabilities in English, Chinese would be bonus
- Experience in Office Manager/ PA/ Human Resources would be a big advantage
- International exposure would be advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
