Key Responsibilities

HR and Admin Responsibilities(60%):

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities (40%):

  • Provide administrative support to General Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years administrative assistance to leaders 
  • Excellent capabilities in English, Chinese would be bonus
  • Experience in Office Manager/ PA/ Human Resources would be a big advantage
  • International exposure would be advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
