As an Associate Consultant at Morgan Philips, you will be at the forefront of helping both companies and individuals thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Empowering growth: Assisting companies in overcoming critical talent acquisition challenges by sourcing and placing top-quality candidates in their organizations.
- Advancing careers: Guiding and supporting individuals in their career progression, ensuring they find fulfilling opportunities.
- Industry expertise: Continuously building and deepening your knowledge of the industry, staying ahead of the latest trends and developments.
- Consultative selling: Adopting a consultative approach to sales, nurturing and expanding relationships with clients and prospects.
- End-to-end relationship management: Maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment cycle and beyond.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2B commercial (Sales, Business Development, Account Management) function. Experienced in recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Goal-oriented and success-driven - you have the drive for developing your career in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Adaptability and multitasking: You are self-motivated and excel in a fast-paced environment.
