Sales Director - Hospitality

Industry: Hospitality and Events 

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales from the hospitality industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, and fostering a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Client Excellence: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the event planning process.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from venue selection to logistics coordination.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate a talented team of event professionals to achieve outstanding results.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets and analyze performance to ensure profitability.
• Industry Engagement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and represent our organization at industry events.

• Proven track record in strategic event management within hospitality and events.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Hospitality, Events, preferably with experience in managing large accounts.
• Open to candidates from events, exhibitions agency that's looking to venture in-house under a prestigious brand
• Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• People Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales solutions to high-level clientele.
