Job Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunities for PECVD, Vertical Furnace, and Advanced Packaging markets at TSMC.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders among customers.
  • Partner closely with business units to enhance product penetration.
  • Formulate detailed business plans and account profiles, implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Track market competition and customer trends, analyzing and proactively responding to changes to maintain the company's and products' competitive edge.
  • Ensure all customer-related issues are promptly and effectively addressed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Over 8 years in the Advanced Packaging industry, with a preference for experience in PECVD or Furnace processes.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, self-driven, and enthusiastic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Effective negotiation skills with well-devised strategies to close deals that maximize the company's benefits.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level leaders.
