Tasks & Responsibilities
• Perform circuit design from transistor level to system-level simulation for analog/mixed-signal ICs, including DC/DC, charge pump, LDO, bandgap reference, amplifier, etc.
• Collaborate with product definition and business teams on product specifications, feasibility analysis, and implementation.
• Supervise IC layout to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Conduct mixed-signal design verification, including functional validation and DFT methodology checks.
• Lead characterization and evaluation of ICs, and work closely with test engineering to support product release into mass production.
• Ensure products achieve acceptable manufacturing yields.

Qualifications & Skills
• MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering, with 7+ years of industry experience in design and product development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with BiCMOS/CMOS circuit design, including DC/DC, charge pump, LDO, bandgap reference, amplifier, etc.
• Solid understanding of device physics and BiCMOS/CMOS fabrication processes.
• Strong intuitive and analytical capabilities in transistor-level design and simulation.
• Familiarity with mixed-signal design verification and DFT methodologies.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills for effective interaction across global and local engineering teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
