Title : Battery Technical Sales Account Manager

Reporting and Key Relationship
The successful candidate will join a new and fast-growing team based in Taiwan. He/she will need close communications with technical support,
qualification, logistic and sales teams.
He/she will report to the Taiwan Sales Leader and regular sales meeting with top-level managements.

Job Responsibilities
Conducting activities with respect to extension business in the
territory of Taiwan and focus on energy storage industries.
Lead the sales cycle, including deal origination, project development management, contract negotiation and closing a targeted product volume and/or revenue each year (sales quota bearing).
Manage techno-economic analysis of opportunities- identifying associated risks, optimizing technical and commercial customer offering, articulating value versus competitive offerings.
Manage projects pipeline of short, medium and long-term opportunities.
Generate quotes and supply customers with high quality, accurate project proposals, often in response to highly complex and formal utility RFPs.
Work close with customers all department to realize what they really need and whole picture of the projects and cooperate with colleagues to succeed the project.
Provide reporting to management as and when required.

• A degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Material Engineering.
• Languages - Native Chinese, fluent English.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast paced, dynamic settings.
• At least 3+ years minimum work experience in the Battery Raw Materials sales, technical support, project-based jobs.
• Working knowledge of battery systems, renewable power.
• Strong analytical / quantitative skills regarding complex price models, storage/renewable project economics, techno-economic
optimizations, quantitative risk analysis, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills- both internal and external facing.
• Ability to execute and manage many tasks in parallel.
• Strong learning capability and desire to learn and grow the career through contribution to company's growth strategy.
• Good at logic, with responsibility, and being able to understand and consider the big picture.
• Hands-on contract negotiation experience in energy storage or renewables energy.
