Business Development Director (Midecial Tech)

Position: Business Development Manager - Director (Depends experience) 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the strategic growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance our business prospects. The role entails identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving growth within targeted markets and pivotal accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and execute a robust strategic plan to drive the expansion of the company's business.
2. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new and untapped opportunities for business growth.
3. Implement strategies to establish a strong presence in focus markets and pivotal accounts, facilitating growth and market penetration.
4. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of their minds.
5. Exhibit proficiency in deal closure, leveraging negotiation skills and market insights to achieve successful outcomes.
6. Collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external teams, efficiently allocating resources to attain defined objectives.
7. Monitor and meticulously report on Business Development and Sales performance, leveraging data to refine strategies as needed.
8. Remain attuned to industry trends and best practices, consistently updating knowledge base to maintain a competitive edge.

1. 10+ years New Business Development experience in OEM/ODM or Electronic Products for Medical Technology business.
2. Proficient in cultivating robust relationships, adept at networking, and possessing exceptional interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), or Business Development roles.
4. Capable of operating autonomously while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
5. Fluent in English
